- Eligibility for Returns:
- Only wrong size or GMS (wrong dispatches) will be eligible for return.
- On Demand order cannot be cancelled if manufactured.

- Provide order details, and any supporting documentation, such as dispatch slip if applicable.
- Once approved, customers will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Return Shipping:

- Returned products will undergo a thorough inspection.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed upon approval of the returned items.
Refund Policy

- Ready-Made goods Orders can be cancelled within 02 hours of placement.
- On demand product can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement but only if manufacturer has not taken the order into production.
- Contact our customer service team promptly to request cancellation.
- Cancellation Process:
- To cancel an order, customers must provide order details and the reason for cancellation.
- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
- Late Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests received after 02 hours or once the order has been shipped or made on demand may not be accommodated.
Exceptions and Special Cases
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- In case of receiving damaged or defective products, customers must notify us within 48 hours for prompt assistance.
- Replacement or refund will be provided based on the customer's preference.
- Bulk Orders:
