PaperTio ("Website") is an online platform owned, managed, and operated by PaperTio Tech Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the Companies Act, 1956, and having its registered office at 718 – 719, Spaze Boulevard, Sector 49 Gurgoan, Haryana, India, Pin 122018

In the context of these Terms of Use, when referring to individuals or entities accessing the website, "You(r)" or "User" encompasses both Visitors/Guests and Registered Users. However, when specifically addressing individuals or entities who have completed the registration process, they will be referred to as "Registered User(s)."

By accessing and using the Website, you are indicating that you have reviewed and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, along with any other guidelines, policies, rules, and supplementary terms referenced in this agreement, collectively referred to as the "Terms of Use." Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of such alterations signifies your acceptance and agreement to the revised terms. Provided you adhere to these Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited privilege to access and utilize the Platform. By either implicitly or explicitly accepting these Terms of Use, you also acknowledge and consent to be bound by PaperTio Policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time.

1User Account, Password, and Security

  • This term is defined as any information related to users that can directly or indirectly identify them. It includes various types of data such as names, identification numbers, location data, online identifiers, and factors specific to a user's physical, physiological, genetic, economic, cultural, or social identity.
  • When using the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password. You are also accountable for all activities conducted under your Display Name and Password. If you provide any information that is found to be untrue, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or in violation of this Terms of Use, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Platform.
  • Your mobile phone number and email address are treated as your primary identifiers on the Platform. It is your duty to ensure that these contact details are always kept up-to-date on the Platform. In the event of any changes to your mobile phone number or email address, you must promptly notify us by updating this information on the Platform through OTP verification. Please be aware that PaperTio will not be held liable or responsible for any activities or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of your Account information, especially if you have failed to update your mobile phone number and/or email address on the Platform. You also commit to promptly inform PaperTio in the event of any unauthorized use or breach of your password or account.
  • If you share your Account on the Platform with others, whether by creating separate profiles under your Account or through any other means, it's crucial to understand that they will have the ability to view and access your Account information. In such cases, you will be solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Account, and you will bear full liability for any consequences arising from those activities.
  • PaperTio reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Website at its discretion, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in any prohibited activities.
  • In the event of Account termination, you may lose access to all the content and data associated with your Account, including, but not limited to, your order history, messages, and saved preferences.
  • If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, it is imperative that you promptly change your password and notify PaperTio. PaperTio will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Please note that if you do not access the Platform for a continuous period of 2 (two) years, your data, including transactional records, will be deleted from our records, and you will no longer have access to such data.

2Eligibility

For the purpose of using Our Website, you hereby confirm and guarantee to Us that:

  • You are a legal or natural person.
  • If you are outside the European Union (EU), you are above the age of eighteen (18). If you are within the EU, you are above the age of sixteen (16).
  • You possess the capacity to enter into legally binding contracts as per The Indian Contract Act, 1872, or any other relevant law applicable to you.
  • These Terms of Use are binding and enforceable against you.
  • If you are accepting these Terms of Use on behalf of an entity, you have the legal right and authority to agree to all the terms presented herein on behalf of that entity.
  • You have reviewed and comprehended Our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are accessible on the Website, and you consent to adhere to the provisions outlined in the said Privacy Policy.
